    • Grown, packaged and shipped exclusively by Wekiva Foliage. A tall, slender, elegant palm, somewhat reminiscent of A. cunninghamiana, with a smooth trunk that can reach about 20 m (65 ft.) in height and a long, blue-green crownshaft that holds a spreading crown of elegantly arching leaves.
    • It is native to northeastern Queensland where it grows only in a couple of locations of gallery forest on alluvial metamorphic soil between 350 and 400 m (1100 and 1300 ft.) elevation near Myola on the Atherton Tableland.
    • This great bluish-crowned Archontophoenix, close to cunninghamiana for its foliage, and to alexandrae for its flowering, is highly threatened in its natural habitat in the Australian state of Queensland.
    • It is one of, if not the most, rare and endangered species of the genus in its natural environment. This species resembles A. cunninghamiana in gross appearance of the leaves and the lax pinnae. Floristically it resembles A. alexandrae , though the stigmatic remains being eccentric on the fruit is unique within the genus.
