Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days. Processing time includes preparing your plants for shipment, quality checks, and packing to ensure that they arrive at your location safely and in optimal condition.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Any orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 3 business days.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the arrival date.

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping is free on all orders! We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for all our customers, making it easy and affordable to bring greenery into your home.

Delivery Time

  • We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each plant is carefully packed with protective materials and cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
  • Our team is committed to eco-friendly packaging solutions whenever possible to minimize environmental impact.

Delivery Areas

  • Currently, we ship to addresses within [country/region specifics if applicable, e.g., the continental United States]. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
