- Flowers: This plant produces bright red to deep orange, trumpet-shaped flowers that add a vibrant contrast to its foliage. Trailing Habit: With its stoloniferous growth, the Pink Brocade can trail over the edge of containers, creating a lush, cascading effect.
- Provide bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves and cause the vibrant colors to fade. Flame Violets thrive in USDA hardiness zones 11-12, but make for great indoor houseplants in less tropical climates.
- Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Ensure good drainage to prevent root rot. High humidity is essential for the Pink Brocade to thrive. Maintain humidity levels by placing the plant in a humid environment or using a pebble tray.
